Any person over the age of twenty-one, who has been in the fashion business for at least 5 years, 3 of which specifically in fashion designing, and is currently working as a fashion designer, is eligible for membership with the Association as a Full Member.

要成為香港時裝設計師協會之會員，他/她必需現職為一位時裝設計師，擁有五年或以上有關時裝之工作經驗，而其中三年必須為時裝設計。
