VIRTUOSE：高級訂製服的藝術 2025
Organised by the Hong Kong Fashion Designers Association (HKFDA) and sponsored by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency under the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, “VIRTUOSE: The Artistry of Couture” returns on November 22, 2025 as the flagship opening event of the Hong Kong Fashion Fest presented by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The showcase returns as an extraordinary celebration of couture craftsmanship, engaging the global fashion elite in a mesmerizing fusion of art, culture, and fashion. VIRTUOSE spotlights internationally emerging visionary couturiers that redefines the essence of couture.
Curated as an artistic and cultural dialogue between various Couture Designers, VIRTUOSE presents a tightly edited selection of meticulously crafted ensembles from each designer, embodying the pinnacle of artistic expression and technical mastery. The event transforms Hong Kong into a nocturnal stage of elegance, drawing fashion luminaries, collectors, and media around the Asian-Pacific region for a journey of unparalleled sophistication.
Following the runway spectacle, an exclusive trunk show will offer a privileged clientele the chance to engage directly with the designers and their creations; fostering dialogue, inspiration, and potential collaborations. This experience will deepen appreciation for couture’s finest artistry while nurturing a next generation of couture connoisseurs. By honing its focus to four internationally emerging designers, VIRTUOSE will amplify the narrative of each creator, ensuring a more profound cultural exchange between East and West and further consolidate Hong Kong’s status as an international couture hub.
由香港時裝設計師協會主辦，並獲文化體育及旅遊局轄下文創產業發展處資助，「VIRTUOSE：高級訂製服的藝術」（VIRTUOSE: The Artistry of Couture）將於2025年11月22日隆重回歸，作為香港特別行政區政府呈獻的「香港時裝節」開幕重點節目。
本次盛會將再度呈獻一場非凡的高級訂製工藝盛典，匯聚全球時尚精英，透過藝術、文化與時裝的交織融合，締造引人入勝的視覺體驗。「VIRTUOSE」聚焦具國際視野的新銳高級訂製設計師，以前瞻創意重新詮釋高級訂製時裝的當代意義。
活動以藝術與文化對話為策展核心，精選多位高級訂製設計師的代表作品，每一套造型均體現極致工藝與創意表達，展現技術與藝術的巔峰結合。活動將香港轉化為夜幕下的時尚舞台，吸引亞太區時尚領袖、收藏家及媒體齊聚一堂，共同踏上一段優雅非凡的時尚之旅。
時裝表現後將舉行專屬Trunk Show，為尊貴賓客提供與設計師及其作品近距離交流的機會，促進靈感交流與潛在合作。此體驗不僅深化大眾對高級訂製工藝的欣賞，更致力培育新一代高訂鑑賞者。透過聚焦四位具國際潛力的設計師，「VIRTUOSE」將進一步強化每位創作者的故事與表達，促進東西文化的深度交流，並鞏固香港作為國際高級訂製樞紐的地位。
LUMINANCE by Simon Yam
炫目・任達華
Funded by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, and organised by the Hong Kong Fashion Designers Association, the exhibition "Luminance by Simon Yam" unveils for the first time, the fruits of Simon Yam's multi-media artistic experiments with 4 local fashion designers.
Simon Yam, a veteran actor in Hong Kong, has long been revered for his exceptional acting skills. Yet, the boundaries of his artistic creativity extend far beyond performance. With a unique aesthetic vision, he has ventured into photography, design, art, and fashion, gradually building a diverse artistic IP landscape that represents Hong Kong culture.
4 local cutting-edge fashion designers Henry Lau, PONDER.ER, Aries Sin and Mountain Yam, has been invited to create 8 unique lifestyle and fashion items inspired by Yam's art, reinterpreting his visual language into wearable art, transforming his two-dimensional works into three-dimensional items, blurring boundaries between art and fashion. Complemented by a bespoke artisan carpet by Tai Ping, this interdisciplinary collaboration recontextualises Simon Yam's persona as a celebrity artist, cultivating a vibrant cultural nexus that internationalises the creative essence of Hong Kong.
由文化體育及旅遊局轄下之文創產業發展處資助，香港時裝設計師協會主辦，”Luminance by Simon Yam”「炫目•任達華」展覽首度公開任達華先生與四位本地時裝設計師的跨媒介藝術實驗成果。
任達華先生作爲香港影壇的殿堂級演員，早已憑藉精湛演技深入人心，然而其藝術創作領域遠不止於表演。他將個人對美學的獨特理解延伸至攝影、設計、藝術及時尚領域，逐步構建起一個可以代表香港文化的多元藝術版圖。
協會是次邀請了四位本地前衞時裝設計師包括劉志華、PONDER.ER、洗美玉及任朗呈，以任氏的藝術畫作爲靈感，創作了8件獨一無二的時裝與生活藝術單品，將任氏的平面作品轉化為立體藝術珍品，模糊藝術與時尚的界線。加上由太平地氈特製的手工藝地氈，這次跨界合作重新詮釋了任達華作爲知名演員及藝術家的獨特意義，並創造出充滿活力的文化匯聚點，將香港的創意精髓推向國際舞台。
COUTURE REVERIE 2024
開拓時裝詩意之想像 喚起超凡的時尚體驗
Organised by the Hong Kong Fashion Designers Association (the Association) and sponsored by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA), the “Couture Reverie” exhibition will take place from November 24th to December 9th, 2024 at 10 Ice House Street, Central. This event will showcase the extraordinary creations of four international haute couture designers from diverse regions. As one of the programmes of the inaugural Hong Kong Fashion Festival presented by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the “Couture Reverie” aims to establish a significant fashion event that connects the fashion circles of the Mainland, Hong Kong, and the global community, creating a rare opportunity to appreciate the exceptional craftsmanship of couture designers, while reinforcing Hong Kong's status as a leading creative industry hub and a centre for cutting-edge fashion, design, and artistic innovation.
Expanding Poetic Imagination in Fashion
The “Couture Reverie” exhibition invites four international couture designers, each with unique cultural backgrounds, aesthetics, and styles. Hailing from Hong Kong, the Mainland, and overseas, the roster features icons and rising talents of the couture realm - designers such as Kay Kwok, Cheney Chan, Mohamed Benchellal and Charles de Vilmorin. These designers will not only participate in the Association's fashion performance VIRTUOSE: The Art of Haute Couture, which is also sponsored by CCIDA, showcasing their artistic works dynamically, but through the “Couture Reverie” exhibition, they will allow audiences to delve into the intricacies of fabric, tailoring, and embroidery. Visitors will experience the poetic narrative of fashion and gain insight into how these designers integrate their personal philosophies with a passion for fashion art, crafting exquisite couture masterpieces that highlight the use of art and craftsmanship to evoke an extraordinary poetic fashion experience.
Fireside Chats and Craft Workshops
To provide a comprehensive understanding of couture design, the exhibition will be accompanied by lectures and workshops. YLY STUDIO, specializing in haute couture French embroidery courses, and star designer Kev Yiu will lead two days of workshops.
Additionally, there will be fireside chat session, allowing artisans to share their design philosophies and inspire attendees to explore the cultural significance of their works. This initiative aims to illuminate the value of fashion art, spark creativity and passion, and serve as a prologue to a new chapter in fashion craftsmanship.
由香港時裝設計師協會 (協會) 主辦、文創產業發展處資助的 《Couture Reverie》，將於 11 月 24 日至 12 月 9 日假中環雪廠街 10 號地下 6 號店舉行高級訂製服裝展覽，邀請四位來自不同地域的國際高訂設計師展示其非凡創意的作品，是次 活動為香港特別行政區政府舉辦的首屆香港時裝薈的節目之一。希望藉此創建一個重要的 時尚活動以連接內地、香港和全球時尚圈，締造一個欣賞全球高級訂製服設計師卓越工藝 的難得機會，同時加強香港作為區域創意產業領導者和尖端時尚、設計與藝術創新中心的 地位。

是次《Couture Reverie》高級訂製服裝展覽邀請了四位來自不同地域、擁有不同文化、背 景、美學及風格的國際高訂設計師參與，分別是來自高級訂製服發源地——法國的Charles de Vilmorin、 荷蘭籍摩洛哥裔的 Mohamed Benchellal、 活躍於巴黎並以北京為基地的 Cheney Chan 陳采尼，以及遊走國際時裝舞台的香港設計師 Kay Kwok 郭子鋒。今次四位 國際級設計師不但參與協會舉行、文創產業發展處資助的另一活動《VIRTUOSE:高級訂製服的藝術》時裝表演，以動態展現其藝術作品，更透過《Couture Reverie》高級訂製服裝 展覽，讓觀賞者得以透過布藝、剪裁、刺繡，鉅細靡遺地探索設計用心，感受時裝的詩式 話語，領會設計師如何將個人時裝哲學與對時裝藝術的渴求融製成精緻高級訂製藝術品， 突出設計師如何使用藝術和工藝來喚起超凡脫俗的詩意時尚體驗。
爐邊談話及工藝作坊
為了更全面詮釋高訂時裝設計的藝術，伴隨高級訂製服裝展覽而來的，還有講座及工藝作 坊，邀請到專門教授高級訂製法式刺繡課程的 YLYSTUDIO 及星級設計師 Kev Yiu 姚子裕 主理兩天工藝作坊，此外還有爐邊談話活動，將他們的匠心設計持續通過不同方式在各層 面傳揚，啟發觀賞者對作品文化底蘊的發掘，瞭解時裝藝術的價值，迸發創意與熱情，作為掀開時裝工藝新一章的引子。

Organized by the Hong Kong Fashion Designers Association (HKFDA) and sponsored by Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency, "VIRTUOSE: The Artistry of Couture" will take place on November 25th, 2024 at The Henderson, a new iconic building in Central, featuring a glamorous and groundbreaking couture fashion show followed by trunk shows, as a programme of the inaugural Hong Kong Fashion Fest presented by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The event aims to create an important occasion that connects the fashion circles of the Mainland, Hong Kong, and the global community, providing a rare opportunity to appreciate the exceptional craftsmanship of couture designers worldwide while positioning Hong Kong's status as a pivotal fashion hub and a cultural bridge between The East and The West.
A Tribute to Couture Fashion
As an indispensable part of the ever-evolving fashion industry, the unchanging essence for designers lies in their initial aspirations—creativity, craftsmanship, and quality. These are the enduring pursuits of fashion designers, which can be exquisitely presented through couture, revealing the cultural backgrounds, cutting angles, stylistic attitudes, and depths of heritage of the designers through each stitch. Thus, the Hong Kong Fashion Designers Association, through "VIRTUOSE: The Artistry of Couture," aims to build an international fashion exchange platform based in Hong Kong, inviting four international couture designers from different regions to be the featured highlight of the event. Through the fashion show and trunk shows, they will project their fashion philosophies and pay tribute to couture, the pinnacle of art in fashion.
The Intersection of Four Fashion Cultures
International couture designers including Charles de Vilmorin from France, Mohamed Benchellal from the Netherlands, Cheney Chan from the Mainland, China and Kay Kwok from Hong Kong, China will embody the nutrients of their different local cultures, reflecting personal styles and the depth of fashion history through various perspectives Using couture; the pinnacle of art in fashion; the designers will illustrate the evolution and timeless elements of fashion in an inter-cultural dialogue. While creativity, craftsmanship, and technology evolve with advancements, the artisanal pursuit that is comparable to fine art remains unchanged. "VIRTUOSE: The Artistry of Couture" will similarly showcase the poetry and essence of fashion design through diverse forms and techniques, emphasizing visionary sustainable design and intricate fashion details, facilitating inspiration among fashion designers, couture clients, media, and industry professionals from different regions.
The Evolution of Fashion Art
Held at The Henderson; Hong Kong’s newest iconic building designed by internationally renowned Zaha Hadid Architects, the "VIRTUOSE: The Artistry of Couture" show will be the first opulent fashion show in this location. The show will unite these designers through an exquisite showcase of couture garments, framed by a stunning 270-degree view of the Hong Kong skyline. Guests will immerse themselves in a vibrant fashion stage, enriched by elements of art, creativity, and culture, captivated by the enchanting facets of couture fashion as they shift under various lightings, enjoying a poetic visual feast that beautifully blends natural luminosity with exceptional craftsmanship.
Couture Trunk Shows
To foster deeper connections between designers’ works and potential couture clients, subsequent trunk shows will follow the fashion show of "VIRTUOSE: The Artistry of Couture", providing opportunities for intimate engagement with these designers, as well as a unique couture ordering experience. This will not only create a platform for the exchange of global fashion insights among participants, but also deepens the appreciation of diversity in fashion, aesthetics, and cultures between designers and clients, ushering in a new era for Hong Kong in the international couture market.

作為生活不可或缺的時裝產業在洪流中不斷變革求新，然而當中不變的唯有設計師的初心— —創意、工藝、品質，是時裝設計師恆久的追求，這些都能透過時裝本源——高級訂製服極 致呈現，作品透過一針一線流露設計師的文化國度、剪裁角度、風格態度與傳承深度。因此 香港時裝設計師協會藉著《VIRTUOSE：高級訂製服的藝術》，立足香港，構築國際時裝交 流舞台，邀請四位來自不同國家或地區的國際高訂時裝設計師作為盛會焦點，透過時裝表演 及訂購展投射各人的時裝哲學，並以此向時裝界的殿堂——高級訂製服致敬。
時裝文化四度交匯
分別來自法國的Charles de Vilmorin、荷蘭的Mohamed Benchellal、內地的Cheney Chan 陳采尼及香港的Kay Kwok 郭子鋒，四個地域的國際高訂時裝設計師，承載著不同文化國度 的養分，藉著不同時裝工藝角度，投射個人風格態度，傳承時裝歷史的深度。以時裝界之最 高藝術——高級訂製服，闡述時裝的變與不變，創意、工藝、技術隨科技變化精進，但媲美 藝術品的匠心追求恆久未變，《VIRTUOSE：高級訂製服的藝術》同樣以不同形式、角度， 從動態與靜態展現時裝設計的詩意與精髓，重申富遠見的可持續設計與細膩精巧的時裝細節， 藉以促進不同地域的時裝設計師、高訂客戶、媒體及時尚產業人士間的靈感碰撞。

除了東西地域文化帶來的四度探索，《VIRTUOSE：高級訂製服的藝術》時裝表演選址於香 港最新地標，出自國際知名Zaha Hadid建築團隊手筆的The Henderson，而《VIRTUOSE： 高級訂製服的藝術》時裝表演將會成為此地標的首場奢華時裝盛會，將不同的設計師聯繫起 來，透過一系列高級訂製服飾來編織故事，以270度的香港天際景色作背景，伴隨盛載時尚、藝術、創意與文化的時裝舞台，讓嘉賓於不同天色下感受時裝藝術作品的迷人色彩，享受自 然光與時裝工藝交織成的一場充滿詩意的視覺盛宴。

為促進設計師與高級訂製服客戶的密切交流，緊接《VIRTUOSE：高級訂製服的藝術》時裝 表演而來的，是四位高訂設計師的服裝訂購展，提供與這些藝術品及設計師密切接觸及交流 的機會，以及獨特的高級訂製服訂購體驗，促進業界各方人士交流最新國際市場狀況外，還 可以加強東西方設計師及客戶對不同的時尚、美學以及文化的相互欣賞，為香港開拓跨地域 的國際高級訂製時裝市場展開新一章。

As part of the Fashion Atelier Certificate Programme (FACP) 2024/25, the Ambassador Forum was held on 30 April 2025 at the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI).

香港知專設計學院現場展示與迷你時裝秀
作為「時裝大師特訓班」（FACP）2024/25 的主要活動之一，FACP 大使論壇於 2025 年 4 月 30 日在香港知專設計學院（HKDI）舉行。此次活動匯聚了業界領袖、教育界代表及合作夥伴蒞臨，共同見證 3D 時裝技術與創意培訓的成果。
八位來自 FACP 2024/25 課程的大使／校友於現場展示原創女裝設計，作品均為他們在國際大師 Shingo Sato、Reagen Evans 和 Michael Stewart 指導下完成，展現立體剪裁技術的多樣性與突破性。每件作品都反映了在大師班中學到的進階3D剪裁技術。從大膽的輪廓到精緻的結構，他們的設計體現了結構轉型重建的精神，展示了通過 立體剪裁技術實現的創意可能性。

“Binding Artistry - Transforming Fashion Design with 3D Innovation Cutting” Dual-City Exhibition
時裝大師特訓班 2025 - 雙城展覽上海站 - 藝然天成：立體裁剪 - 時尚變革
Following the success of the Hong Kong showcase at CENTRESTAGE 2024, the Fashion Atelier Certificate Programme (FACP) 2024/25 extended its vision to Shanghai with the second leg of the “Transforming Fashion Design with 3D Innovation Cutting – A Dual-City Exhibition.” Held during Shanghai Fashion Week from 26 to 30 March 2025 at OnTimeShow, the West Bund Art Centre, the exhibition attracted wide industry attention and reaffirmed its role as a platform for cross-regional fashion exchange and innovation.
The exhibition featured works by 2024 LVMH Savoir-Faire Prize winner Michael Stewart, whose sculptural silhouettes and craftsmanship in jersey couture continued to inspire. Also showcased were collaborative works by renowned designer Robert Curry and textile printing master Simon Ungless, combining precision 3D tailoring with avant-garde surface design.
繼 2024 年於香港國際時尚匯展（CENTRESTAGE）成功舉辦專題展覽後，時裝大師特訓班2024/2025（FACP 2024/25）延續系列活動的國際化視野，將版圖拓展至上海，正式啟動雙城巡迴展覽第二站 ——「立體裁剪・時尚變革」。展覽於 2025 年 3 月 26 日至 30 日上海時裝周期間，於西岸藝術中心 OnTimeShow 舉行，以創新立體裁剪技術與跨地域美學對話為核心，匯聚兩地時尚從業者、設計師及產業人士，現場展示結合 3D 裁剪工藝的先鋒設計作品，從面料塑形到結構創新，多維度呈現時尚設計的未來可能性。活動吸引廣泛業界關注，再次確立其作為推動粵港澳大灣區與內地時尚產業接軌、促進技術與創意雙向交流的重要平台，見證立體裁剪工藝如何跨越地域界限，為全球時尚版圖注入革新動能。
一眾貴賓到場支持和交流，共同見證香港時裝業發展邁向新一頁。展覽展出了海外著名的 3D 立體剪裁大師羅伯特·柯里（Robert Curry）及紡織印染大師西蒙·安格萊斯（Simon Ungless）攜手合作設計的作品，進一步凸顯立體剪裁和印染融合的成果。

Mission & Vision
Refined and sophisticated technical knowhow are fundamental qualities consistently found in TOP International Fashion Brands, with much emphasis placed on finesse of cut and proportion, together with attention to high quality design details. To enhance Hong Kong’s competitiveness as a fashion design hub, it is essential for the local fashion practitioners to be on par with the leading international design professionals and equip themselves with top of the ladder skills in cutting and craftsmanship for making high quality designs and clothing best in fit, flair and aesthetic styles. The Fashion Atelier Certificate Programme (FACP) is a series of practical training programmes to be conducted by international top Masters with the aim to foster and broaden the local fashion industry’s awareness and skills, as well as to cultivate current and future generations of fashion creators, thereby upgrading the Hong Kong Fashion Design Industry onto new heights.

3D Innovation Cutting Programme
This September, the Fashion Atelier Certificate Programme (FACP) 2024 will present the "Binding Artistry: Exploring Print and Form Through Creative Collaboration" Exhibition, showcasing collaborative pieces of 3D cutting specialist, Robert Curry, and textile print Master, Simon Ungless. Curry has also been invited by FACP to lead a hands-on Master programme in Hong Kong for nurturing the next generation of couturiers in women’s fashion. Let’s immerse in the creative integration of prints and 3D cutting designs.
Celebrated for his mastery in draping and patternmaking, Robert Curry has collaborated with designers such as Julien Macdonald.
With his 35-year experience in textile design, Simon Ungless collaborated with Lee Alexander McQueen in founding the McQueen brand.

香港時裝設計師協會籌辦的時裝創意行業大師證書特訓班（FACP）目的是由國際大師負責教授高質量的實用技術培訓課程，旨在提升本地時裝設計師及創意行業從業員的高端技術意識，培育現有及未來的時裝業人才，從而推動香港時裝設計業更上一層樓。
時裝大師特訓班2024-25
立體裁剪特訓課程
今年九月，時裝大師特訓班 2024 將舉辦「藝然天成：剪裁與印染的創意融合」展覽，展出立體剪裁大師 Robert Curry 及紡織印染大師 Simon Ungless 的聯乘之作。同時Curry受時裝大師特訓班邀請，將於香港舉行專業特訓課程，以培育新一代的高級訂製女裝設計師。誠邀大眾一同體驗印染與立體剪裁設計的無縫結合。
Robert Curry 以立體剪裁和製版方面的精湛技藝而聞名，曾與知名設計師如 Julien Macdonald 合作。Simon Ungless 則擁有 35 年的印染設計經驗，並與好友 Lee Alexander McQueen 合作建立Alexander McQueen 品牌。
