Any fashion design graduate of age under thirty with relevant qualifications of diploma or degree, currently working in the fashion design sector of the industry with less than 5 years experience, is eligible for membership with the Association as an Ordinary Member. An Ordinary Member is not entitled to the right to vote or stand as a candidate in the Committee Members elections.
 

香港時裝設計師協會之普通會員，他/她必需現職有關時裝設計的工作，未滿三十歲，而在時裝方面的工作經驗少於五年，他/她必須持有有關時裝設計之文憑或大學文憑。普通會員均不可以被推選為行委員， 亦沒有投票選舉執行委員之權利。
