Queenie Jia brings over 25 years of experience in the global fashion lingerie industry. From 2000 to 2024, she worked with a renowned international lingerie group, serving first as Head of Design China and later as Hong Kong Technical Manager. In these roles, she led Asian fit development, localized collection design, and premium product line R&D, successfully driving brand upgrades in fit globalization and high-end craftsmanship.

Now based in Hong Kong, Queenie founded her own studio, Queenie’s Studio, in 2025, focusing on yoga activewear and women’s intimate apparel. She blends high-fashion heritage with modern functional aesthetics to create seamless transition between work and workout. As a female entrepreneur, she is passionate about sharing stories of resilience, self-reinvention, and the courage to chase dreams—believing it is never too late to pursue one’s aspirations and inspiring more women to create their own extraordinary lives.
