Yasmina Viale-Fraine, is a Hong Kong-based French fashion designer, award-winning embroidery artist, and textile creator who founded the bespoke studio atelier YVF. With a strong foundation in garment making nurtured in her mother's workshop, she established her brand in Hong Kong in 2011, specialising in made-to-order bridal and occasion wear. Her aesthetic seamlessly blends French haute couture techniques, bohemian style, and Asian influences, all while upholding principles of slow fashion and zero-waste production. Yasmina is known for her meticulous craftsmanship, often incorporating silk painting, natural dyeing, Calais lace, and bespoke embroidery to tell her clients' personal stories. Beyond her practice, she is an active member of the local creative community, participating in interdisciplinary artistic projects and serving as a guest lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s School of Fashion and Textiles since 2024.
